A resident has reported to us that there is a van parked on The Street in Ripe which has been there since 25 July with no movement since. Checking online it has up to date tax and MOT and looks in good condition, could it be a stolen vehicle? The resident noted odd behaviour at the time, as a car arrived with the van and the car driver drove in reverse with the van driver at high speed along The Street after the van was parked.

Wealden DC have now been notified. Meanwhile if anyone has any information please let me know and I will co-ordinate responces.
