Message from Highways:
Shortly we will be undertaking the removal of diseased trees. To undertake these works safely, we’ll need to close the A27 eastbound carriageway from Fishbourne roundabout to Stockbridge roundabout.
We’ll carry out this work from Thursday 12 November for two nights between 8pm and 6am.
Diversion information:
If you wanted to travel eastbound on the A27 past Fishbourne roundabout, instead exit onto Cathedral Way, Via Ravenna Avenue De Chartres, Market Avenue, Basin Road, Stockbridge Road, then rejoin the A27 at Stockbridge roundabout.
Please note access will be maintained for Emergency Services.
