Call Centre for Flexibus is once again operating from 6.30am – 7.30pm Monday to Saturday excluding Bank Holidays. This enables those who are unable or do not wish to use the booking app to book outside 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Significantly this will also enable passengers to get in touch if their bus is running late after 5pm or should unfortunately not be able to fulfil its schedule for the day. Call Centre staff will be able to offer help and advice. As you may have information about the Flexibus service online, please do ensure that information about the Call Centre hours is updated. The operating hours of Flexibus remain the same at 7am-7pm Monday to Saturday excluding Bank Holidays.
